My Muslim Journal: A Young Muslim’s guide to journaling

    This journal is to help you explore how you can become mindful of your heart, moments and life.

    We explore setting intentions and goals as well as building good habits. We also talk about reflecting on mistakes and on challenges, turning them all into positive learning opportunities. We help you to create a safe space for yourself where you can examine your mistakes and overcome the challenges you encounter.

    There is a tool to help you work on your most important relationships and also think about helping others. Then we explore being grateful to Allah, supplicating to Him, seeking His good counsel and asking for His forgiveness.

    The tools are intended to help build emotional resilience, help set goals, and help build our relationships with those around us and most importantly Allah.
